Larry is very talented in facilitating family business meetings and makes sure the family is focused and talking about the right issues rather than operations or personal agendas. When we first met Larry nearly 9 years ago, we accomplished more in our first meeting with him than we had in 20 years of combined meetings. Our founder was considering giving up ownership to key employees at that time and Larry worked with us to identify other opportunities for key members of management so that we didn’t have to give up control. He helped us put the Balance Point System to work for our business which we have been using for over 6 years now. We continue to use Larry for our annual family business meetings to keep us on track and challenge us to be better owners.
